Public tender for the development or upgrade of electronic commerce in SMEs in the period 2019-2022 »E-COMMERCE 2019-2022
The company Transport Frangež d.o.o. has successfully obtained grants for the implementation of the project “Digitalization of the company TRANSPORT FRANGEŽ d.o.o.” (short: DIGI TRANSPORT 2019), as part of the tender E-BUSINESS 2019-2022, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, specifically by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The project will enable the company to establish an electronic exchange between partners, digitize showcasing at fairs, establish a new website for foreign markets, create a product-sales video, and strengthen competencies through training.
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE OPERATION
The purpose of the operation “Digitalization of TRANSPORT FRANGEŽ d.o.o” is to support SMEs by co-financing the eligible costs of developing or upgrading e-commerce. With that done, the company has an easier task of entering global value chains and new markets. It can also increase the international competitiveness of their business and improve and accelerate any interaction with business partners abroad, send and collect information more efficiently, and improve relationships throughout the supply chain.
The company InfoTrans, logistika in transport d.o.o. will implement measures to establish an electronic exchange between partners and to strengthen competencies through training.
The company Galerija Unuk will develop our website for foreign markets, create a product sales video and digitalize showcasing at fairs.
ELECTRONIC EXCHANGE BETWEEN PARTNERS
Our goal is to develop and upgrade the electronic exchange, interfaces, and secure connections between partners (suppliers, customers, and distributors) to automate and digitize international B2B supply chain processes. Such solutions and services are the requirements of all major international customers and they enable efficient implementation, management, and control of supply chains. This reduces all operating costs, enables efficient management of inventories and supplies, and enables greater responsiveness to customer needs thus creating a more efficient production system.
DIGITALIZATION OF SHOWCASING AT FAIRS
We are aware that to present our services and products, it is necessary to have several video presentations, virtual showrooms, etc. Therefore, we want to participate in one of the digital fairs, which offers various options for business presentations. The digital fair must be equipped with the ability to upload photos and video presentations, as we also want to upload a product-sales video in the English language. The independent contractor will prepare the material for the video, photos for publication, logos, and other necessary material.
WEBSITE FOR FOREIGN MARKETS
The development of a new website will help build and solidify the corporate identity of TRANSPORT FRANGEŽ d.o.o.. The website will be presented with the company’s key brands in Slovenian, Croatian, English, and German. Another important feature will be the job applying spot for jobseekers from different countries. The website will also have a responsive design tailored to mobile devices. For the needs of digital marketing, the website will include analytics, which will enable us to measure the goals set by the digital marketing plan.
PRODUCT-SALES VIDEO
With a product sales video, we will build the corporate identity of TRANSPORT FRANGEŽ abroad. We will present key sales of products and services. The video will be in various formats and will be suitable for use and promotion on various digital channels: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram. The video will be shot at the company’s location and will feature the client’s animated logo. It will be edited in English.
COMPETENCE STRENGTHENING – TRAINING
The independent contractor will conduct a workshop in the field of e-communication, which our employees encounter daily, of course in the framework of modern 4.0 industry technology. As part of the training, we will refresh and gain new knowledge in the field of business communication. This is important because of the way we communicate directly affects the results we achieve. If the customers are satisfied, they will return as well as help spread the good reputation we have, thus ensuring a competitive advantage for our company. All of the above has a significant impact on employee motivation, interpersonal relationships in the company, the flow of information and it increases the productivity of employees. During the training, the employees will gain knowledge on how to overcome different challenges that arise with the electronic data exchanges and the digitalization of processes.
The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union/the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The amount of grants received for the operation is EUR 22,085.00.

Strengthening competencies within the E-BUSINESS 2019-2022 tender
Our company obtained grants to implement the entire digitalization process. As part of the project’s activities, the company’s team attended lectures to strengthen competencies in the introduction of digitalization and modern technologies 4.0, conducted by InfoTrans d.o.o.
This was part of the E-BUSINESS 2019-2022 tender, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union/European Regional Development Fund.
The training was carried out as part of the operation “Digitalization of the company TRANSPORT FRANGEŽ d.o.o.”, which was awarded the Public contract for the development/upgrade of electronic business in SMEs in the period 2019-2022.
